Build a brand of TBO in the market
• Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using outside-the-box thinking to develop new and
unique sales tactics
• Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book
for an active, repeat customer base
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands TBO customer base and extends the
company\'s global reach
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
• Single point of contact for any quarries that may rise from the Buyer and distribution to the right
department
• Training of the new Buyers
• Customization of the platform in accordance with local needs
• Participating in local travel events or trade shows
• Competitive intelligence in the market
• Core competencies and skills required:
• A Player with a “Hunter” mindset and excellent communication skills
• Ambitious, self-starter and sales results driven
• Strong experience in Business-to-Business negotiations
• Strong sales skills and a proven track record in both Sales and Account Management
• Ability to adapt quickly to new realities and think out of the box in achieving the goals
• Previous background in Travel industry is a must! (Minimum 3-5 years\\\' experience in similar
position)
• Working proficiency in English
• Other languages knowledge is a plus.
Requirements
You are a seasoned sales professional with a hunter mentality.
You have a great network among retail travel industry in Czech Republic.
• You are skilled at generating your own leads through cold calling, blitzing, research, networking,
and driving your territory.
• You are tenacious. Our sales cycle can be on the longer side, so you have to be willing to work
accounts until the client has a need.
• You enjoy building relationships and creating a bond and rapport with Buyers -You have killer
time management skills.
• You enjoy a great sense of autonomy. In order to be successful, you must organize and balance
your activities appropriately (prospecting, selling, and account management) to create results.
• You have a “yes” approach to customer service. Exceptional Customer service is what separates
TBO from other providers. You must provide that high level of service to all existing, future
Buyers of TBO

The salary range for this position is between $ 25.000-$50.000
